    Scroll down and tap Backup & Reset

    Tap Back up my data

    Make sure the status switch is turned on. When you restore this phone, or set up a new one and sign in with the same Google account, your data, such as Wi-Fi passwords, settings, app data etc. will be transferred to your new phone
