  • Google Assistant enables you to use your voice to perform tasks such as making calls, sending messages and settings alarms

    Swipe diagonally upwards from the bottom left or right hand corner to launch Google Assistant

    To make a call, say Call followed by the name or number you wish to call

    The number will be dialed

  • 4.

    To send a message, say Message followed by the name or number you wish to send the message to as well as the text of the message

    The message will be sent

  • 6.

    To perform a Google search, say your search term, e.g. Montreal Weather

    Your search results will be displayed

    To get directions, say Directions To followed by the address or location

  • 9.

    The directions will be shown on a map

  • 10.

    To get GPS directions, tap Start

  • 11.

    To identify a song, say What’s This Song?

  • 12.

    The phone will listen for any currently playing songs

  • 13.

    The details of the song will be displayed

  • 14.

    To set an alarm, say Set An Alarm followed by the time of the alarm

  • 15.

    The details of the alarm will be displayed

    To open an app, say Open followed by the name of the app

    The app will launch
