  • If you cannot find your phone, you can use another device to locate it

    Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers

    Tap the Settings icon

    Tap Location

    Make sure the status switch beside Use Location is turned on

    Swipe inwards from the left or right edge of the screen

    Tap Security

    Tap Find My Device

    Make sure the status switch is turned on

    In a web browser on a different device, go to www.android.com/find

  • 10.

    Enter the e-mail address or phone number associated with your Google account and then click Next. This must be the same account as the one you are signed in to your phone with

  • 11.

    Enter your password and then tap Next

  • 12.

    The location of your phone will be displayed on a map

  • 13.

    You can remotely ring or secure and erase your phone by clicking the links on the left
