  • You can set a limit to how much mobile data you use in a given period. Once your usage reaches that point, you will no longer be able to access the internet via your mobile network

    Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers

    Tap the Settings icon

  • 3.

    Tap Network & Internet

  • 4.

    Tap Data Usage

  • 5.

    Tap Data Warning & Limit

  • 6. Tap App Data Usage Cycle
  • 7.

    Scroll to the date of the month you would like your data cycle to begin and then tap Set

  • 8.

    Tap the status switch beside Set Data Limit

  • 9.

    Tap OK

    Tap Data Limit

  • 11.

    Enter the amount of data you would like to limit your monthly usage to and then tap Set

  • 12.

    If you would like to receive a warning when your data usage reaches a certain level, make sure the status switch beside Set Data Warning is turned on

    Tap Data Warning

  • 14.

    Enter the data usage level at which you would like to receive a warning and then tap Set

  • 15.

    To disable the data usage limit, tap the status switch beside Set Data Limit
