  • Note: If your photos and videos are saved in Dropbox or SkyDrive, they will be automatically synced between your phone and your PC.
  • 1. Attach the USB cable to your phone and your computer
  • 2. Swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger
  • 3. Tap USB charging this device
  • 4. Tap Transfers Files
  • 5. On your PC, select your device
  • 6. Select Open device to view files
  • 7. Open the DCIM folder
  • 8. Open the Camera folder
  • 9. Select the photos and videos you wish to transfer to your PC
  • 10. Drag the files in to the desired location on your PC
  • 11. When the files have finished transferring, click the Show Hidden Icons arrow
  • 12. Click Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media
  • 13. Select the Removable Drive
  • 14. Detach the USB cable from your phone
