Click each step to see the action, click the picture or use the arrow keys

  • 1. To quickly switch between apps, tap the Recent Apps Key
  • 2. Tap an app to open it
  • 3. Swipe up and down to view all recently opened apps
  • 4. To close an app, tap the X in the app’s window
  • 5. To close all apps, tap Clear All
  • 6. To view a list of all apps that are currently running, from the home screen, tap Settings
  • 7. Tap General
  • 8. Scroll down and tap Apps
  • 9. A list of currently running apps will be displayed
  • 10. If you need to stop an app from running, tap the app
  • 11. Tap Force Stop. Some apps may have more than one process or service that you need to stop
  • 12. Tap OK
