    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key

    Tap Power Off

    Tap Power Off

    Insert the SIM ejection tool into the hole in the SIM Card tray and push until the tray pops out

  • 5.

    Remove the nano-SIM from its holder

  • 6.

    With the metal contacts facing down, place the SIM Card into the tray

  • 7.

    Push the tray back into the slot until it is firmly in place

  • 8.

    Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the phone back on
