  • You can transfer data such as accounts, apps, settings and wallpapers from your old phone so you don’t have to add them to your new phone

    From the home screen, tap Settings

  • 2.

    Tap General

  • 3.

    Scroll down and tap Backup

  • 4.

    Tap LG Mobile Switch

  • 5.

    Tap Agree

  • 6.

    Select how you would like to transfer data. In this example, we will select Wireless

  • 7.

    Tap Receive

  • 8.

    On your old phone, open LG Mobile Switch. You may have to download this from the Google Play Store

    Tap Accept

  • 10.

    Tap Wireless

  • 11.

    On your new phone, tap Start

  • 12.

    On your old phone, tap Start

  • 13.

    Tap the name of your new phone

  • 14.

    On your new phone, tap Receive

  • 15.

    On your old phone, select the data you wish to transfer across and then tap Next. The data will be transferred to your new phone
