  • A Wi-Fi hotspot allows other devices to connect to the internet using your phone’s mobile data or Wi-Fi network. This may increase your mobile data usage. Turning a mobile hotspot on will turn Wi-Fi off

    From the home screen, tap Settings

  • 2.

    Tap Network

  • 3.

    Tap Tethering

  • 4.

    Tap the status switch beside Wi-Fi Hotspot

  • 5.

    Tap Turn On

  • 6.

    Enter a password for the hotspot and then tap Save. This is the password that must be entered on other devices wishing to connect to the hotspot

  • 7.

    To turn a hotspot off, swipe from the top of the screen with two fingers

  • 8.

    Swipe the icons to the left

  • 9.

    Tap the Hotspot icon
