  • If you changed the access points settings or if your device was not bought from Videotron, you must configure it to operate on the Videotron network.

  • 1.

    Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers

  • 2.

    Tap and hold on the Data icon

  • 3.

    Tap Access Point Names

  • 4.

    Tap the Menu icon

  • 5.

    Tap Add APN

  • 6.

    Tap Name

  • 7.

    Enter Videotron mobile and then tap OK

  • 8.

    Tap APN

  • 9.

    Enter media.ng and then tap OK

  • 10.

    Tap MMSC

  • 11.

    Enter http://media.videotron.com and then tap OK

  • 12.

    Scroll down and tap MCC

  • 13.

    Enter 302 and then tap OK

  • 14.

    Tap MNC

  • 15.

    Enter 500 and then tap OK

  • 16.

    Tap APN Type

  • 17.

    Enter default,mms,supl and then tap OK

  • 18.

    Leave the other fields blank and then tap the Menu icon

  • 19.

    Tap Save

  • 20.

    Tap the APN you just created
