  • LG RemoteCall Service is a support service that allows technical support staff to remotely connect to your phone to diagnose and fix issues. You will need to contact LG customer service before you launch RemoteCall
  • 1. From the home screen, tap Apps
  • 2. Swipe to the screen containing RemoteCall Service
  • 3. Tap RemoteCall Service
  • 4. Tap the check box beside Do you agree?
  • 5. Tap Request Remote Control
  • 6. Enter the 6 digit PIN provided by the LG customer support agent and then tap Remote Control. Your phone will be remotely accessed and controlled by the LG support agent to diagnose and fix the issue
