  • 1. From the home screen, tap Messaging
  • 2. Tap the + icon
  • 3. Enter the first few letters of the name of the contact you want to send the message to and then tap their name in the displayed list
  • 4. To send the message to a number that is not in your contacts, tap inside the To field
  • 5. Tap 123?
  • 6. Enter the number and then tap Enter Message
  • 7. Enter your message and then tap Send
