  • 1. To quickly switch between apps, tap the Recent Apps Key
  • 2. Tap an app to open it
  • 3. Swipe up and down to view all recently opened apps
  • 4. To close an app, tap the X in the app’s window
  • 5. To close all apps, tap Clear All
  • 6. To view a list of all apps that are currently running, swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 7. Tap the Settings icon
  • 8. Tap General
  • 9. Scroll down and tap Apps
  • 10. Swipe the screen left until Running is displayed
  • 11. A list of currently running apps will be displayed
  • 12. If you need to stop an app from running, tap the app
  • 13. Tap Stop. Some apps may have more than one process or service that you need to stop
  • 14. Tap Yes
