  • The Dual Screen case adds a second screen to the phone that, depending on the app, allows you to have use the application in dual screen mode, have two apps open at once or use a keyboard or game controller on one screen with the app on the other.

    Place the phone in the right-hand side of the case, making sure that the case’s connector is fully inside the phone’s charging port

    Tap the Dual Screen Power icon

  • 3.

    Tap Turn On Dual Screen

  • 4.

    To open an app on the dual screen, tap the Apps icon

  • 5.

    Tap the app you would like to open

  • 6.

    To move an app to the other screen, use three fingers to swipe towards the other screen

    If you have two apps open and would like to swap the screens, tap the Dual Screen icon

    Tap Swap Screens

  • 9.

    Some apps enable you to have two screens open at the same time displaying different content. For example, while in the Camera app, tap the thumbnail

    The photo gallery will be displayed on the second screen

  • 11.

    In apps that require text entry, you can display the keyboard in the second screen. To do this, open the app you wish to use. In this example, we will use Messages

    Rotate the phone so that it is in landscape orientation

    Tap the Dual Keyboard icon

    This option is only available if you are using the LG Keyboard. Other keyboards do not have this option

    The keyboard will be displayed on the lower screen and the text entry area will be displayed on the upper screen

  • 15.

    You can use the second screen as a gamepad for compatible games. To do this, tap the Game Launcher icon on the second screen

    Tap the game you wish to play

    Tap the Gamepad icon

  • 18.

    Tap the status switch beside LG Game Pad

    Tap OK

    To switch gamepad types, tap the Gamepad icon

    Swipe left to select the gamepad you wish to use

    Tap on a gamepad to use it

    To exit the gamepad, tap the X icon

    Tap Close

    To change the settings for the dual screen, tap the Dual Screen icon on the second screen

    Tap a setting to change it

    To show the time, date and other information on the cover screen, make sure the status switch beside Cover Display is turned on

    The information will be displayed when the case is closed

    To charge the phone while it is in the Dual Screen case, attach the magnetic adapter to the port on the case

    Insert the USB cable into the adaptor
