  • Most common e-mail providers are recognized automatically. If your account is not recognized, you will need to contact your provider to request your account details and set your account up manually. In this example, we will be using a Yahoo account. Steps for other providers may differ slightly

    From the home screen, tap Settings

    Scroll down and tap Accounts

  • 3.

    Tap Add Account

  • 4.

    Tap Personal (IMAP)

  • 5.

    Enter your email address and then tap Next

  • 6.

    Tap Next

  • 7.

    Enter your password and then tap Sign In

  • 8.

    Tap Agree

  • 9.

    Select your account preferences, and then tap Next

  • 10.

    Tap Account Name

  • 11.

    Enter a name for the account and then tap Your Name

  • 12.

    Enter your name and then tap Next
