Transferring Data from an Old Phone

You can transfer data such as accounts, apps, settings and wallpapers from your old phone so you don’t have to add them to your new phone

From the home screen, tap Settings

Tap General
- 3.
Scroll down and tap Backup
- 4. Tap OK
- 5.
Tap LG Mobile Switch
- 6.
Tap Agree
- 7.
Select how you would like to transfer data. In this example, we will select Wireless
- 8.
Tap Receive
- 9.
On your old phone, open LG Mobile Switch. You may have to download this from the Google
- 10.
Tap Wireless
- 11.
On your new phone, tap Start
- 12.
On your old phone, tap Start
- 13.
Tap the name of your new phone
- 14.
On your new phone, tap Receive
- 15.
On your old phone, select the data you wish to transfer across and then tap Next
- 16.
When the transfer is complete, tap Done on your old phone
- 17.
Tap Restart Phone on your new phone. The phone will turn off and then back on again
