  • Google Allo is a cross-platform messaging app

    From the home screen, tap Play Store

  • 2.

    Tap the Search Bar

  • 3.

    Enter Allo and then tap the Search icon

    Tap Google Allo

  • 5.

    Tap Install

  • 6.

    To open Allo, swipe the home screen upwards

  • 7.

    Locate the Allo icon and then tap on it

  • 8.

    Make sure your phone number is correct and then tap Next

  • 9.

    Select the account you wish to use and then tap Next

  • 10.

    To take a profile photo, tap the Camera icon

  • 11.

    Tap the Circle icon to take a photo

  • 12.

    Tap the Check Mark to use the photo

  • 13.

    Tap Enter Your Name

  • 14.

    Enter your name and then tap Next

  • 15.

    If you would like to invite a contact to Allo, tap on their name. Otherwise tap Skip

  • 16.

    To begin chatting, tap Start Chat

  • 17.

    Tap the contact you wish to message

  • 18.

    Tap Done

  • 19.

    Tap Say Something

  • 20.

    Enter the text of your message and then tap the Send icon

  • 21.

    If you would like to send a photo, tap the Gallery icon

    Tap the image you wish to attach

  • 23.

    Tap the Send icon
