  • 1. Tap letters to enter text
  • 2. Tap the Space Bar to enter a space
  • 3. Double-tap the Space Bar to enter a period followed by a space
  • 4. Tap the Shift Key to enter an uppercase letter
  • 5. Double-tap the Shift Key to turn caps lock on
  • 6. Tap the Delete Key to delete text
  • 7. To enter an alternate character for a key, tap and hold on the key
  • 8. Drag your finger over the character you wish to use and then lift your finger
  • 9. To enter symbols, tap the symbols key
  • 10. Tap the arrows to view additional symbols
  • 11. Tap abc to return to the keyboard
  • 12. As you type, the phone will suggest words it thinks you are typing. Tap on a suggestion to use it
