Click each step to see the action, click the picture or use the arrow keys

  • 1. From the home screen, tap Messaging
  • 2. Tap the Compose New Message icon
  • 3. Enter the first few letters of the contact's name and then tap the contact in the displayed list
  • 4. To send a message to a number that is not in your contacts, use the keypad to enter the number
  • 5. Tap Enter Message
  • 6. Enter the text of your message and then tap Send
