  • 1. Swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 2. Tap the Settings icon
  • 3. Scroll down and tap Backup & Reset
  • 4. Tap Factory Data Reset
  • 5. Tap Reset Phone
  • 6. Tap Erase Everything
