    Swipe down from the top of the screen

    Tap the Settings icon

    Scroll down and tap Screen Lock & Passwords

    Tap Password

    Tap your desired unlock method. We will select PIN

    Enter a PIN and then tap Continue

  • 7.

    Re-enter the PIN and then tap OK

  • 8.

    Tap Enroll

  • 9.

    Place a finger or thumb on the fingerprint sensor

  • 10.

    Lift and replace your finger on the fingerprint sensor until your fingerprint is fully read

  • 11.

    Tap Rename

  • 12.

    Enter a name for the fingerprint and then tap OK

  • 13.

    When your phone unlocks, place your finger on the fingerprint sensor to unlock it
