Click each step to see the action, click the picture or use the arrow keys

  • 1. From the Start screen, swipe the screen to the left
  • 2. Tap Calendar
  • 3. To add an appointment, tap the + icon
  • 4. Tap Subject
  • 5. Enter a name for the appointment
  • 6. Tap Location
  • 7. Enter a location for the appointment
  • 8. Tap the date under When
  • 9. Tap the day
  • 10. Swipe up or down to select the day
  • 11. Repeat this for month and the year and then tap the Check icon
  • 12. Tap the Time under When
  • 13. Tap the hour
  • 14. Swipe up or down to change the hour
  • 15. Repeat this for the minutes and AM/PM and then tap the Check icon
  • 16. Fill out the rest of the fields in this manner and then tap the Save icon
  • 17. Appointments will be highlighted with an coloured bar. Tap on an appointment to view its details
