  • 1. From the Start screen, tap Phone
  • 2. Tap the More icon
  • 3. Tap Call Settings
  • 4. Tap the status switch under Call Forwarding
  • 5. Tap the phone number field
  • 6. Enter the phone number you would like your calls forwarded to and then tap Save
  • 7. To deactivate call forwarding, tap the status switch under call forwarding
