  • This topic describes how to compose and send a text message
  • 1. From the Home screen, tap Messages
  • 2. Tap Compose Message
  • 3. Enter the number you would like to send the message to
  • 4. To send the message to someone in your contacts, type the first few letters of their name and then tap their name in the displayed list
  • 5. Tap inside the Add Text field
  • 6. Enter the text of your message and then tap Send
