  • 1. From the home screen, tap the Camera icon
  • 2. Continuous Shooting enables you to take multiple photos very quickly. To use continuous shooting, tap and hold the Shutter icon
  • 3. The camera will assess all of the captured images and determine which is the best image. To keep this photo and delete all of the others, tap Best Shot
  • 4. Tap Yes
  • 5. HTC Smart Flash assesses the scene and how far away the subject of the photo is and adjusts the flash's power accordingly to ensure that photos taken using the flash are not over-exposed. This happens automatically when the flash is turned on or set to automatic
  • 6. The HDR (High Dynamic Range) feature captures three images simultaneously and combines the best parts of each image to create one photo with optimal exposure throughout. To access this feature, tap the Scenes icon
  • 7. Tap HDR
  • 8. Tap the Shutter icon
  • 9. Panorama combines a sequence of images to create one large image of a scene. To access this feature, tap the Scenes icon
  • 10. Tap Panorama
  • 11. Tap the Shutter icon and pan the camera smoothly to the left or right (or up and down if you want to create a vertical panorama). The camera will take a sequence of images.
  • 12. Tap the X icon when you have finished. The camera will stitch the captured images together
  • 13. Portrait Mode adjusts the exposure of the photo to optimally capture skin tones. To access this feature, tap the Scenes icon
  • 14. Tap Portrait
  • 15. Tap the Shutter icon to take a portrait photo
  • 16. Group Portrait takes a sequence of photos of a group of people and detects smiles and open eyes on up to 10 faces. When the camera determines everybody is ready it takes five quick photos and then combines each person's best picture into one photo in which everybody is smiling and their eyes are open. To access this feature, tap the Scenes icon
  • 17. Tap Group Portrait
  • 18. Frame the photo so that everybody's face is visible and then tap the Shutter icon. Keep the camera still until all five photos have been taken
  • 19. Landscape Mode adjusts the exposure to best capture large outdoor scenes. To access this feature, tap the Scenes icon
  • 20. Scroll down and tap Landscape
  • 21. Tap the Shutter icon to take a photo
  • 22. Whiteboard Mode adjusts the exposure to best capture highly reflective surfaces such as whiteboards and picture frames. To access this feature, tap the Scenes icon
  • 23. Scroll down and tap Whiteboard
  • 24. Tap the Shutter icon to take a photo
  • 25. Close Up enhances the colour and depth of field of photos taken at close range. To access this feature, tap the Scenes icon
  • 26. Scroll down and tap Close Up
  • 27. Tap the Shutter icon to take a photo
  • 28. Low Light enables you to shoot better photos in low light conditions. The camera sensor assesses the available light and automatically adjusts the exposure to suit the available light. To access this feature, tap the Scenes icon
