Using Motion Sense
Click each step to see the action, click the picture or use the arrow keys
The phone can detect motion around the phone and recognize distance, which can be used to control certain aspects of the phone

Swipe down from the top of the screen with two fingers

Tap the Settings icon

Scroll down and tap System
- 4.
Tap Motion Sense
- 5.
Make sure the status switch beside Motion Sense is turned on
- 6.
Tap Skip Songs
- 7.
Make sure the status switch is turned on
- 8.
To skip to the next song, swipe your hand from left to right above the screen
- 9.
To skip back a song, swipe your hand from left to right above the screen
- 10.
Tap Silence Interruptions
- 11.
Make sure the status switch is turned on
- 12.
To silence an alarm or incoming call, swipe your hand from right to left above the screen
- 13.
If you would like the screen to turn on when you are near your phone, make sure the status switch beside Show Display When Nearby is turned on
- 14.
When you approach your phone, the display will turn on
Always On Display must be turned on in order for this feature to be available. Always on Display can be accessed in the Display section of the phone’s settings
