  • Your PC should automatically detect that your phone has been connected. If it doesn’t, you may have to locate it using the File Explorer

  • 1. Attach the USB cable to the phone and to a free USB port on your PC
  • 2.

    Swipe down from the top of the screen

  • 3.

    Tap Charging this device via USB

  • 4.

    Tap Tap for more options

  • 5.

    Tap File Transfer

  • 6. On your PC, select your device
  • 7. Select Open device to view files
  • 8. Locate and select the music files you wish to transfer to your phone
  • 9. Drag the files in to the Music folder
  • 10. When the files have finished transferring, click the Show Hidden Icons arrow
  • 11. Click Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media
  • 12. Select the Removable Drive
  • 13. Detach the USB cable from your phone
