  • 1. From the home screen, tap Google
  • 2. Tap Gmail
  • 3. Tap the Menu icon
  • 4. Scroll down and tap Settings
  • 5. Tap Add Account
  • 6. Tap Personal
    Most web-based email accounts can be added. If your address is not recognized, you will need to contact your email provider and request the relevant log-in information and then tap Manual Setup
  • 7. Tap OK
  • 8. Tap Email Address
  • 9. Enter your email address and then tap Next
  • 10. Tap Password
  • 11. Enter your password and then tap Next
  • 12. Select your account options and then tap Next
  • 13. Tap Give this account a name
  • 14. Enter a name for the account and then tap the arrow on the keyboard
  • 15. Enter your name and then tap Next
  • 16. Tap the arrow beside Settings
  • 17. Tap the Menu icon
  • 18. Tap the icon for your email account
  • 19. Tap the Compose icon
  • 20. Enter the address you would like to send the email to and then tap Subject
  • 21. Enter the subject of the email and then tap Compose Email
  • 22. Enter the text of your email and then tap the Send icon
