  • 1. Press and hold the Power/Lock Key
  • 2. Tap Power Off
  • 3. Insert the SIM ejection tool into the hole in the SIM tray and push until the tray pops out
  • 4. Gently push on the Micro SIM part of the card until it separates from the full-sized SIM Card
  • 5. With the metal contacts facing down, place the SIM Card in the tray
  • 6. Insert the SIM Card tray into the phone and push until it locks into place
  • 7. Press and hold the Power/Lock Key to turn the phone back on
