  • A Nano SIM Card is required in order to connect to Videotron’s network

  • 1.

    Press and hold the Power/End Key to turn the phone off

  • 2.

    Remove the battery cover

  • 3.

    Remove the battery

  • 4.

    Remove the Nano SIM Card from its holder

  • 5.

    With the metal contacts facing down and the angled edge toward the bottom of the phone, slide the SIM Card into the SIM Card slot

  • 6.

    Replace the battery

  • 7.

    Replace the battery cover

  • 8.

    Press and hold the Power/End Key to turn the phone back on
