  • 1. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 2. Tap Settings
  • 3. Tap BlackBerry Protect
  • 4. Tap the status switch beside BlackBerry Protect

    Note: If you are not signed in with your BlackBerry ID, you will be asked to do so
  • 5. On another device, use a browser to go to http://protect.blackberry.com
  • 6. Select the Username field
  • 7. Enter your BlackBerry ID username and the select the Password field
  • 8. Enter your password and then select Sign In
  • 9. To view the current location of your phone, select View Location

    Note:     You must have Location Services turned on on your phone
  • 10. The phone will be displayed on a map
