  • Note: BlackBerry is transitioning away from providing hosted email services as there are many free email services available to customers today. Subscribers moving to BlackBerry 10 who are actively using a BlackBerry email address will need to create a forwarding rule to forward their BlackBerry email address emails to a different address
  • 1. From the home screen, tap Browser
  • 2. Tap Type Search or Address
  • 3. A forwarding rule can be set up through the forwarding web page at http://videotron.blackberry.com/html/hosted. Enter this address and then press Return
  • 4. Tap the Email Address field
  • 5. Enter your current BlackBerry email address and then tap Next
  • 6. Enter your current BlackBerry email password and then tap Next
  • 7. Enter the email address you would like to forward your BlackBerry account to. In this example, we will use a Gmail account. Tap Next
  • 8. Confirm your email address and then tap Submit

    Note: BlackBerry will provide forwarding of the email messages from the BlackBerry email address to the specified address for 1 year following the creation of the rule
