  • 1. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen
  • 2. Tap Settings
  • 3. Tap Accounts
  • 4. Tap Email. Calendar and Contacts
  • 5. Enter your email address and then tap Next

    Note: Most web-based email account will be recognized. If your email account is not recognized, contact your email provider to request the relevant information
  • 6. Enter your password and then tap Next
  • 7. Tap Description
  • 8. Enter a name for the account and then tap Done
  • 9. To send an email, from the home screen, swipe the screen right until you reach the BlackBerry Hub
  • 10. Tap your email account
  • 11. Tap Compose
  • 12. Enter the address you would like to send the email to and then press Return
  • 13. Tap Subject
  • 14. Enter the subject of the email and then tap the text entry area
  • 15. Enter the text of your email and then tap Send
