  • Note: You must have BlackBerry Link installed on your computer. The first time you connect your BlackBerry to your computer, you will be given the option to install BlackBerry Link
  • 1. Attach a USB cable to your BlackBerry and to a free USB port on your computer
  • 2. BlackBerry Link will open automatically
  • 3. Click the BlackBerry tab
  • 4. Click the Settings icon
  • 5. To back up your BlackBerry, click Back Up Now
  • 6. Your BlackBerry will back up to your computer
  • 7. To restore your phone from a back up, click Restore Data
  • 8. Choose the backup you would like to restore
  • 9. Click Restore
  • 10. Click Yes
  • 11. When your device has finished restoring, disconnect the USB cable from your phone
