  • Note: You must have BlackBerry Link installed on your computer. The first time you connect your BlackBerry to your computer, you will be given the option to install BlackBerry Link
  • 1. Attach a USB cable to your BlackBerry and to a free USB port on your computer
  • 2. BlackBerry Link will open automatically
  • 3. Click the BlackBerry tab
  • 4. Click the Settings icon
  • 5. To update your BlackBerry, click Software Update Available
  • 6. Click Install Update
  • 7. When your device has finished updating, disconnect the USB cable from your phone
