  • 1. From the home screen, tap Health
  • 2. Tap Next
  • 3. Enter your personal information and then tap Continue
  • 4. To create a medical profile in case of emergency, tap Create Medical ID
  • 5. Make sure the status switch beside Show When Locked is displayed
  • 6. Tap Medical Conditions
  • 7. Enter any medical conditions you have that would be relevant in an emergency situation
  • 8. Fill out the rest of the fields in this fashion and then scroll down and tap Add Emergency Contact
  • 9. Tap the contact you wish to add as your emergency contact
  • 10. Tap their relationship to you
  • 11. Once you have filled out all of your information, tap Next
  • 12. Tap Done
  • 13. Tap Get Started
  • 14. To view your steps, distance and flights climbed, tap Activity
  • 15. Your activity will be displayed
  • 16. Tap an activity to view more details
  • 17. Your Medical ID can be accessed from your lock screen in case of an emergency. To view it, while the phone is locked, press the Sleep/Wake Button
  • 18. Press the Home Button
  • 19. Tap Emergency
  • 20. Tap Medical ID
  • 21. Your medical profile will be displayed
