  • 1. Attach the Lightning cable to your phone and to a free USB port on your Mac
  • 2. Tap Trust
  • 3. On your PC, select your device
  • 4. Select Open device to view files
  • 5. Open the DCIM folder
  • 6. Open the 100APPLE folder
  • 7. Select the photos you wish to transfer to your Mac
  • 8. Drag the files into the desired location on your PC
  • 9. When the files have finished transferring over, disconnect the Lightning cable
  • 10. You can choose to sync your photos automatically so you can access them from all of your devices. To do this, from the home screen, tap Settings
  • 11. Scroll down and tap Photos & Camera
  • 12. Tap the status switch beside iCloud Photo Library
