  • Resetting the phone will delete all settings, media and data. Make sure you have anything you want to keep backed up
  • 1. From the home screen, tap Settings
  • 2. Tap General
  • 3. Scroll down and tap Reset
  • 4. Tap Erase All Content and Settings
  • 5. If required, enter your passcode
  • 6. Tap Erase iPhone
  • 7. Tap Erase iPhone
  • 8. Enter your Apple ID password and then tap Erase
