  • A Nano SIM Card is required in order to connect to the Videotron network
  • 1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake Button
  • 2. Swipe the Power icon from left to right
  • 3. Remove the Nano SIM Card from its holder
  • 4. Insert the SIM ejection tool into the hole in the SIM Card tray and push until the tray pops out
  • 5. Place the SIM Card into the tray with the metal contacts facing down
  • 6. Insert the SIM Card tray into the phone and push until it locks into place
  • 7. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake Button to turn the phone back on
