  • 1. From the home screen, tap Mail
  • 2. To read an email, tap on it
  • 3. To reply to the email, tap the Reply icon
  • 4. Tap Reply
  • 5. Enter the text of your email and then tap Send
  • 6. To archive or delete an email, swipe the email from right to left
  • 7. When the bar turns blue or red, lift your finger
    Depending on the type of account, emails will either be archived or deleted
  • 8. To send an email, tap the Compose icon
  • 9. Enter the email address you wish to send the email to and then tap Return
  • 10. Enter the subject of the email and then tap the text entry area
  • 11. Enter the text of the email
  • 12. If you would like to attach a file, tap and hold on a blank area of the text entry area
  • 13. Tap the right facing arrow
  • 14. You can choose to attach a photo or video, or add a file saved in iCloud Drive. In this example, we will select Insert Photo or Video
  • 15. Tap the album the photo you wish to use is saved in
  • 16. Tap the photo
  • 17. Tap Choose
  • 18. Tap Send
