  • You can use your phone's data connection as a Wi-Fi hotspot which allows other devices to connect to the Internet

    From the home screen, tap the Menu Key

    Tap Settings

    Tap More…

  • 4.

    Tap Tethering & Portable HotSpot

  • 5.

    Tap the status switch beside W-Fi HotSpot

    Your phone will disconnect from any Wi-Fi networks it is connect to

  • 6.

    Tap Wi-Fi HotSpot Settings

  • 7.

    Tap Set up Wi-Fi HotSpot

  • 8.

    Enter a name for the network and then tap Next. This is the name that other devices will see when connecting to the network

  • 9.

    Enter a password and then tap Save. This is the password that will need to be entered on other devices

  • 10.

    To disable a Wi-Fi hotspot, swipe down from the top of the screen with one finger

  • 11.

    Tap Tethering or HotSpot Active

  • 12.

    Tap the status switch beside Wi-FI HotSpot
