Using the Keyboard
Click each step to see the action, click the picture or use the arrow keys

Press the # Key to change the input method. You can switch between regular text (abc), upper case (ABC), numbers (123), title case (ABC), or predictive text (T9)

In regular text entry mode, press a key one, two, or three times to enter a letter. For example, to enter a G, press 4 once. To enter an I, press 4 three times

Press 0 to enter a space
- 4.
Press the Back Key to delete text
- 5.
To enter symbols, press *
- 6.
Scroll to the symbol you wish to use and then press OK
- 7.
Press the Right Soft Key under Next to view additional symbols
- 8.
Press the Back Key to return the message
- 9.
In T9 mode, you only need to press a key once for each letter. The most likely word will be highlighted in purple. Press OK to select this word
- 10.
To use a different suggestion, scroll to the word and then press OK
