    From the home screen, press the Messaging Key

    Press the Left Soft Key under New Message

  • 3.

    To send a message to a contact from your address book, enter the first few letters of their name and then scroll to the contact and press OK

  • 4.

    To send the message to a number that isn’t in your address book, use the keypad to enter the number

  • 5.

    Press the Down Navigation Key

  • 6.

    Enter the text of your message and then press the Left Soft Key under Send
