    From the home screen, press OK

    Scroll to Settings and then press OK

    In the Device tab, with Device Information selected, press OK

  • 4.

    Scroll to Factory Reset and then press OK

  • 5.

    Press the Right Soft Key under Reset. Resetting the phone will erase all data from the phone. Make sure you have backed up any data you wish to save
